Access Your App on the Go

There’s nothing quite like the convenience of managing your account online. The Marriott Vacation Club® app for Apple and Android devices is an updated and convenient way to get the most of your ownership or membership. But why should you download the app? What can it really do for you? This is how the app can help manage your ownership before, during, and after your next vacation.

Before Your Vacation

The first thing to do is download the app from your device’s app store. It doesn’t matter which property you vacation to, your Owner benefit level, or even which country you live in — the Marriott Vacation Club app offers something for everyone.

Once the app is downloaded, you can open it and begin looking for your next vacation destination. There is no login needed to browse all the resorts in amazing destinations around the world. If you do want a look at your ownership/membership, you will have to log in. The good news is you won’t need a separate login for the app — just use the same login you use online.

Once you’re logged in, you can view all aspects of your ownership on your dashboard. You can access your digital ownership card, see your Owner/Member benefit level, Marriott Bonvoy® points information, upcoming reservations, and more. 

Depending on your type of ownership/membership and where you live, you may have access to the Sunny chatbot^* and the ability to chat with a resort front desk^** within 48 hours of check-in.

During Your Vacation

One of the best features of the app is how it dynamically changes based on your location. Some app features such as food and beverage mobile ordering, Sunny chatbot, and others aren’t available at every resort. But even if a feature isn’t available at your Home Resort and you’re using Abound by Marriott Vacations™ to visit somewhere new, the app will automatically display that feature.

The app will also display a digital welcome card at select resorts with key information about your reservation, dining, and digital VIP card access. It’s also an easy way to check out the resort activities. Whether it’s a fitness class, art project for kids, or a guided nature hike, your resort’s activities will be just a touch away. If the resort offers food and beverage mobile ordering, the app is the perfect place to save time by skipping the line and picking up your food directly at the restaurant or bar.

After Your Vacation

The convenience doesn’t end when your vacation does. The app can send notifications and push reminders for important dates and deadlines. Depending on your notification settings, you can be reminded for upcoming banking deadlines, Club Dues payment dates, reservation reminders, and more. When it comes time to plan your next vacation, you can view past stays and browse all The Marriott Vacation Clubs™ properties in one streamlined experience.
